If you have a problem, you must contact us by SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2024. A replacement of that variety (if available) will be sent the following year. If that variety is not available, one of equal value will be substituted. After that time, no replacement will be made. We are not responsible for weather, pests or insect problems or variegated or bi-color dahlias going solid.
